'Sun rising' in the Bible

And I saw another agent ascending from the sun-rising, having a seal of the living God. And he cried out in a great voice to the four agents to whom it was given to them to harm the earth and the sea,

And the sixth agent poured out his bowl upon the great river Euphrates, and the water of it was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the sun-rising might be prepared.
